Hi – I’m Patrick. Nice to e-meet you!
Get to know me.

After working in corporate sales and leadership for over 27 years, I decided to take the leap (2024 the year of the Dragon and Leap Year!) and become my own boss.

What an exciting and terrifying journey it has been!

I believe everyone is put on this planet for a reason. What I enjoy most is helping individuals to see how unique they are and how those qualities benefit others, their work, and the world we live in.

I have a great sense of humor and believe we create our own luck (defined as where hard work meets opportunity). I am a chef, amateur food blogger, winery owner, dog/cat lover (equally!) and I am ambidextrous. I am also known for my Halloween costumes and dad jokes.

My values:

Independence, Creativity, Ethics, Intelligence, Altruism

  • Note: values can and will change over time

Knowing your values is integral to your development. It helps you understand when something is or is not working. An example of this is when you are NOT connecting or clicking with a customer and you're getting frustrated. Oftentimes, it’s a value mismatch. It’s less about the product or service you are offering and more about the person(s) in front of you who do not value the same things as you do. That’s ok and perfectly normal. But in sales, you have to remember who is in front of you and overcome it to make the sale. Head over to my resource tab for more about values.

My strengths:
My top strength is seeing others’ strengths. It is rewarding to nurture, refine, and stretch those strengths toward excellence.
I enjoy unforeseen detours, I know to expect changes, and I am good at adapting to those changes.
I am drawn toward relationships that have meaning and depth.
I am inspired by the what-ifs and am always looking ahead.
I love all things science.
I am task-oriented. I enjoy making and completing a to-do list.

My Principles:
Most people want to succeed. Removing barriers to their success is a large part of leadership, but change for the better begins with earning their trust. Developing the skills that come naturally to you is the path to a happier, more productive life. Boundaries are important and are key to healthy, lasting relationships. Exceptional salespeople have firm boundaries and are great listeners. They know how to prioritize their customers’ needs.
There are two things you can control – your attitude and effort.
Strive to become the person your dog thinks you are.

Knowing yourself is the ultimate achievement. During my years as an individual contributor and people leader, I discovered the best way to help people reach their goals was to lead with a strength-based leadership approach. This increases self-awareness, productivity, confidence & cheerful individuals.

Take a look at my resource page and if you are ready to see how these tests and assessments can help you at work (and life!), grab some time on my calendar, and let’s talk about how I can help you.
